How long until my order ships?
At Galixy Health we do our best to ship orders within 3 business days. Orders are shipped ground and delivery time is subject to the carrier.

Unfortunately, we do not provide sample sizes of our products at this time.
Why is my product a little different every order?
As with many natural foods, there can be some variations in appearance, flavor, or scent from crop to crop. If you believe your product is outside this average variance, please call our Customer Service department so they can further assist you.
Does your packing facility handle allergens?
Galixy Health products are packed in a facility that also processes: soy, milk, and wheat.

Is Y-Power™ GMO-free?
Yes. Y-Power™ contains only Non-GMO whey protein and Non-GMO organic dark cocoa powder.
This means these ingredients have met the rigorous standards of the Non-GMO Project.
Is Y-Power™ kosher certified?
At this time our products are not kosher certified.
Is Y-Power™ gluten-free?
Yes. Y-Power™ is entirely gluten-free.
Does Y-Power™ contain sulfites?
No. All Galixy Health products contain zero sulfites.
How should I store my Y-Power™?
Refrigeration is not necessary for our products. We do recommend that you store your Y-Power™ in a dark, cool, dry place to maintain its freshness.
